MyHealthTeam is a San Francisco based company building social networks for people living with chronic conditions. Their social networks give users both a sense of community and a variety of resources to help them better navigate their condition. One of the main resources they provide are topic centers, which are groupings of research and social articles relating to a particular topic. In my time at MyHealthTeam I created many of the graphics that accompany these articles, such as hero images, charts/graphs, and infographics.
